This is a remarkable place with rolling hills, hugh old liveoaks trees, a log cabin from the 1800's, and a small rock pit where stones were use in the city of San Saba. Some of the hugh stones are still there. In the bottom of the small pit is a permanent water hole. The well has been very strong which is the key to enjoying the tract. There are very few tracts with this kind of water. It also has some pens and a shed. It is a retreat to enjoy with so many beautiful views which includes a neat 420 sq foot little cabin with septic and water for a mini-retreat. It won't last long, it has everything you are looking for.
